Comment:

 We close bugs as fixed once the change is committed to WordPress SVN.

 The format of the uploaded .diff file is also incorrect, You might find
 these resources handy:

 (Specifically, The Create Patch section, This is what the .diff and .patch
 files which we use are - this one deals with windows, But you can use the
 'patch' or 'diff' commands on *nix i think)
