 If you search for plugins from within WP (Plugins > Add New, then search
 or click on a tag to browse those), the plugin name links to the site for
 the plugin, usually off site. Instead of linking out of the app, let's
 make the plugin name pop the tabbed info that they would get if they were
 browsing in the plugin repo on wordpress.org.
