 Replaced the button to "OK" to match the Post Status and Post Date
 setting.

 The current UI matches the settings UI in the Publish postbox. What you're
 proposing is to drop the show/hide and expose the internals. Don't really
 see that as an enhancement as most users never modify the
 permalink/postname.
