Comment:

 This isn't really a "bug"... bugs mean something isn't working and is
 broken. A label that could be clearer should always be considered an
 "enhancement" for the purpose of tickets.

 The Save is dependent on Saving the post again. I kind of think there
 shouldn't even need to be a Save by the permalink, since saving the post
 should trigger the field change in the db.
