 After reading the security threat posts on mashable about previous
 wordpress version being vulnerable, I just upgraded to wordpress 2.8.4 and
 the plugins page does not display itself.

 This is the error message I get

 Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to
 allocate 7680 bytes) in /home/public_html/wp-includes/kses.php(413) :
 runtime-created function on line 1


 The url i am visiting is plugins.php
