Comment:

 No, A feature freeze means that only functionality which was in
 development in core is set for inclusion in release.

 Please leave this set for a future release unless a core developer decides
 that its important enough for inclusion. This was never talked about
 during the developer meetings on what in-development-features should be
 included AFAIK.
