 Say you reply to a comment from the admin and then realise that you
 haven't replied to the right one.

 You then send it to trash and attempt to post it again. But you can't, not
 until you permanently delete the last one.

 So that's why I think comments in trash shouldn't be considered when
 checking for duplicate comments.
