 The graphic you've been looking at is a replacement for the white one that
 comes with the current WordPress distro at:
 http://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/wp-includes/images/upload.png

 Also, I've grabbed a poor quality screen shot of the fix in action so you
 can see how much better it looks :-)
