 Using basic FTP, with nightly build, I get this error for the Core
 upgrade:

 {{{Could not copy file: /public_html/wp/wp-content/upgrade/wordpress-
 latest.tmp/wordpress/wp-trackback.php}}}

 The wp-trackback.php file seems to be there already.
