 One thing I think would reduce mouse clicks is the ability to search for a
 new theme from the "Manage Themes" page. It could be a quick search, as
 the "Add new themes" page gives you better control and various parameters
 to search.

 This is also relevant in the plugins area, you can search for existing
 plugins from the "Manage Plugins" page but you cannot do a quick search
 for "NEW" plugins. Again, useful and minimizes a mouse click.
