 I have just instaled Wamp and latest Wordpress and I can see during wp-
 instal (/wp-admin/setup-config.php) this message
 Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated
 in C:\wamp\www\darte\wp-includes\classes.php on line 1656

 P.S.: plz add "version: 2.8.6" into this ticket tracking
