 Some data from the `theme_information` method of the themes API (ie. the
 themes_api() function) is missing.

 The 'downloaded' value is always null instead of containing the number of
 downloads for the theme.

 The 'requires' and 'tested' values are present but always null, however
 there appears to currently be no way for theme authors to specify this
 information when uploading a theme anyway.
