 After upgrading from 2.7.1 to 2.8-beta1 and 2.8-beta2 it is no longer
 possible to add existing tags to posts. Only brand new tags can be added
 to posts, ie.e if I enter a new tag in the edit-post-screen or while doing
 quick.edit on the post-list.

 Post request from a quick-edit to add the Tag "aufreger"
