 Search in wp-admin/edit-tags.php returns no results for custom taxonomy
 terms, because the search is defaulting to 'post_tags' as the taxonomy.

 The fix is in the attached patch, which simply adds taxonomy to the search
 form as a hidden field.  Tested with custom taxonomies and post tags.
