 This happens on both edit-comments.php and in the Recent Comments module
 on the dashboard:
 -Click on Reply, and the reply form opens.
 -Instead of entering a reply or clicking to cancel a reply, click to
 Delete the comment.
 -The comment goes away, but the open reply form is still there.

 Would be good if deleting a comment that has a reply form open would also
 make the reply form go away.
