 I searched high and low previously and found nothing portable.

 The patch I made almost exactly emulated the city dropdown from OSX. I'd
 be happy to solve the other half of the problem and incorporate a map.

 We might want to separate the time options onto another page to fit it in
 if we did that though.

 Certainly there is some clever stuff we can do via remote api calls.
