 Add getarchives_distinct, getarchives_fields filters for postbypost
 archive type in function wp_get_archives.

 These are a necessary supplement to the existing getarchives_join and
 getarchives_where filters because joining on categories (a likely usage)
 causes duplicate post names if a post is in more than one joined category.
