 I am not sure how to remove the existing <dc:creator> element in RSS 2 and
 <author> element in Atom 1.0.

 <dc:creator>Author Name</dc:creator> in RSS 2 should be changed to
 <author>Author Email (Author Name)</author> while
 <author><name>Name</name></author> in Atom should be changed to
 <author><name>Name</name><email>Email</email></author>.
