 Currently, the author email address is always not displayed in the feeds.
 However, there are regular demands that authors want their email addresses
 to be displayed in order to let readers contact them. In addition, plugins
 can't seem to do this.

 My suggestion is to add an "Show email address in feeds" option under User
 Profile\Contact Info\Email and add some conditional statements in the
 feeds.

 Feedback from the core developers is requested.
