Comment:

 Added an alternative patch that keeps the explanation of dragging and
 dropping.

 But I don’t think it’s needed:  How are you going to use a web publishing
 tool if you don’t already know how to drag and drop?

 I also think that this verbose explaining goes against the general style
 of WP messages, which are quick and to the point.
