 It seemed like there used to be a "reports" link in the upper-right menu.
 Has that gone away?  I'm not sure how to navigate to the current reports.

 But going on memory, I think it would be good if a report showed who
 opened a ticket (which is usually different from owner) or provided a
 patch.  And if there were a color key.
