Here's a copy of the [http://www.laptoptips.ca/html5test/wp-
admin/index.php dashboard in wp-admin] (not small though). It has exactly
the same structure and files.
I'm not sure if we can actually use the HTML 5 offline storage the same
way as Gears offline storage.
With HTML 5 the page that contains the manifest link is cached too even
when it's listed in the NETWORK: whitelist. That's not going to work well
with dynamic pages generated from php when we only need to cache the other
resources, js, css, etc. Perhaps there's a workaround for this.
