 Short answer: I don't know!

 Long answer: Since I first reported this I have changed webhosts, and I
 don't get the problem.[[BR]]
 It was something to do with the way that the webserver was setup.

 I did discover what was causing the problem, it was something to do with
 the request_uri variable being the same as a another variable.

 It's been a long time and I have since forgotten it!



 I assume it's safe to close.
