 When you've scores of widgets around, and several sidebars the minheight
 css attribute that gets added on the first sidebar is quite annoying.

 I realize I can override it by hooking into the admin_footer-widgets.php
 hook, but it probably shouldn't be there in the first place, unless there
 is a single sidebar.
