 That’s not a bad idea, and it helps keep the main screen clean.

 I didn’t know what to do about it, or if the Plugins pages are final, but
 I’ll give it another try if I’m not beaten to it.

 As a side-thought, it seems to me that things would be easier with an
 horizontal menu:  The functionality would be discoverable immediately and
 we would not need to point it out and to link to it:
