 When the plugin_install script is loaded (as it is on the Dashboard) the
 Thickboxes opened from the dashboard always show "Plugin Information:" in
 the beginning of the title.

 For example, in the Quickpress Widget you click on the "Add an image"
 button and the title of the Thickbox title says: "Plugin Information: Add
 an Image"
