 There are a bit more problems and that is part of the reasons I didn't
 want to undertake this project. There inconsistencies are in the various
 proxy implementations and has to be handled by the Library.

 Doing so would really be dirty, so I think the most popular ones should be
 supported and all of the rest should be ignored.
