Comment:

 Gonna mark this as `wontfix` as there's no way to tell what's safe and
 what's not.

 Say with WordPress.com. You could have a spam blog at
 spammer.wordpress.com who spammed a ton of other blogs.wordpress.com.
 Having it be whitelisted allows an opening.

 Even the same subdomain could be troublesome as you don't know the blogger
 owns the whole domain.

 In short, plugin material in my opinion.
