 Anything in particular that was excluded? I just tested trunk and it has a
 lot of things that I think probably should not be in there. I filtered by
 continent to exclude those, and though I'm working on a better exclusion
 method, I'm not sure it will give what you're looking for.

 Timezonedb stores zones by city names, not by country. So even if a
 country is "missing", that's probably because it has the same rules as a
 city in some other country.
