Comment:

 also, once widgets get improved, they will be more than just 'appearance'
 and will be used more, so it would be good if they were pulled out into
 the main top level navigation. (ps. I reopened the ticket because I wasn't
 sure if this would get read otherwise, sorry if that's a no no :)
