 10675 fixed the problem--thanks Ryan.

 When Previewing a theme, say from the themes displayed in Recently
 Updated, the Preview has an X to cancel, but that should be moved to the
 right side (as it is for the Install box for Themes and Plugins).  Also,
 consider changing the title (that should move to the left) to say
 Previewing "theme-xyz".
