 According to the RSS Specification (http://www.rssboard.org/rss-
 specification), "Subordinate to the <rss> element is a single <channel>
 element, which contains information about the channel (metadata) and its
 contents". I am not sure if it is valid to add an element between <rss>
 and <channel>.
