 Amen to that. New patch sticks to adding a comment into the wp-config-
 sample.php file to highlight extra defines and potential IP address issues
 for people behind load balancers.

 There isn't much point in adding a define if it's were not trying to fix
 anything: we might as well have users set the $_SERVER variable as needed.
