Comment:

 In its current state, the SSH connection type requires a password, despite
 the following message to the user:

 <div><?php _e('Enter the location on the server where the keys are
 located. If a passphrase is needed, enter that in the password field
 above.') ?></div>

 The patch I've attached removes the requirement for a password when the
 connection type is SSH.
