 Uploading files to the media library doesn't allow you to create a Gallery
 anymore.

 In 2.7 when uploadig several pictures, a Gallery tab was created and you
 could insert a Gallery into your post.

 Thw Gallery tab doens't show up in 2.8RC1 (nor the betas)
