 Theres only one case where they dont work that i've found, Thats when
 pinging another blog where the post ID there (and they're not using
 rewrite) is the same as the current post, since {{{url_to_postid()}}}
 doesnt check to see if the URL is a local one first (It was never designed
 to check for remote url's).

 Everything else seems to be firing properly to me, Try defining
 ALTERNATE_WP_CRON and see if that makes a difference,
 {{{define('ALTERNATE_WP_CRON', true)}}}
