 hackers/2009-June/026450.html WP-Hackers list] today:

   I've attached a tiny patch for wp-admin/plugins.php. This removes an
 errant {{{</p>}}} which breaks xhtml validation and prevents my browser
 from rendering the plugins page.
   Perhaps someone else who's run into this issue will find it helpful.
