 #12345 in a ticket, it makes a link.. with absolutely no reference to what
 the other ticket may contain


 ..What i meant, Is if i link #10000 here, I've got no idea what it
 contains, i'd like to see something like:
 {{{
 #1000 (closed defect (bug): worksforme - unable to see (or activate)
 plugins copied manually into wp-content/plugins/)
 }}}

 ..But this is completely irrelivant to this ticket, i'm only posting it
 since Denis mentioned it here.
