 Ran into this when upgrading a site on yahoo hosting. Some hosts,
 apparently, forbid files to start with a dot or to contain spaces.

 And sure enough, feedburner-feedsmith contains such a thing. Maybe we
 could highlight the issue in the plugin repository to ensure no files ever
 get added with a space in them?
