Comment:

 That code block was obviously added as a method to prevent a different
 bug, Under what situations / server configs has this patch been tested
 under?


 Milestone: Future Release for long-standing defects(ie. are present in
 many past releases) regardless of patch status, Current-trunk for all
 other defects, point release back-porting at commiters discretion.
