 In [11749] Fixed couple of small bugs on the attachments trash page. All
 seems to be working well, now bugs/regressions hunting begins. Still needs
 some visual refinement like the red background when moving comments to the
 trash should probably be replaced with fade-out, etc.

 The idea to replace the deleted row with a message letting the user to
 restore it and fading out after 15 sec. can be done with a hidden div.

 Also replaced "Remove from Trash" with "Restore". This seems better as now
 we restore all to the previous status.
