 When opening up a Page to Edit:

 What actually happens:
 If the Page (whether it is marked as private or not) has a parent that is
 currently marked Private, the current value of Attributes > Parent is lost
 and replaced with a default value.

 What I would expect:
 The parent attribute value would be kept as is.
