 This bug appears when creating a new post.

 On the right when choosing the category for a new post there are two tabs
 for filtering the list of available categories: "All Categories" and "Most
 Used".

 When clicking on one tab it shows the results for the other. "Most Used"
 shows all categories while the "All Categories" tab reveals only my most
 used category.
