 That is the exact situation i wanted to avoid, Look around the forums and
 a few track tickets, and you'll find things related to the options table
 crashing (more likely than any other table). Once that happens..
 administrators are created which the user may not be aware of - I dont
 think end users should be open to that risk, Technical users may realise
 and check, but not everyone is going to..

 Which is why my suggestion was to only allow it if no other users existed,
 or no admins existed for the current blog.
