 I wouldnt use the PHP Zip function specifically. Whilst its available on
 up-to-date installs... well.. we all know what users are like.

 Using the Zip Extension if available, Else PclZip (PHP-based Zip
 compressor/uncompressor currently used by the various upgraders) would do
 the job.
