 posts_per_archive_page

 This is something I could use for the themes that I am working on, I see
 it's partially implemented in the core code but doesnt have a dashboard -
 settings - reading option value to set this; and is being set to the
 posts_per_page.

 Allowing the end-user to specify the main blog loop and archive+search
 loops postcounts as seperate #'s.

 finishing implentation of this would be very useful, if I knew how to make
 a .diff I would send you one =)
