Comment:

 I created a patch that works for a clean install with no complications, as
 an initial starting point. I don't have any experience with installing
 WordPress with problems or anything special, so I really can't grasp what
 problems dd32 and michaelh say can happen. What does Wordpress currently
 do if someone installs WordPress, then deletes the 'admin' user account
 and uses another user name, then does a reinstall or shared-user table or
 whatever your talking about?
