 in my title I have AroundMyRoom's Playground for my weblog

 with latest release I have noticed that in the notification e-mail I
 receive when a comment has to be validated the ' is being changed into & #
 0 3 9;

 so somewhere the phpmailer seems not to redirect the specialchar back to
 the normal character
