 When you have plugins to update, it conveniently places a number of how
 many need upgrading. Right now, when you click anywhere on that link, it
 just takes you to the plugin page in general.

 If you have lots of plugins (like 20 or 30) it can be hard to find all the
 ones to update quickly and easily. It would be better if when you click on
 that number, it takes you automatically to
 {{{ plugins.php?plugin_status=upgrade }}}. This would make it much easier
 to update multiple plugins with less scrolling.
