 Those tests are the specification tests for shortcode behaviour so any
 regression against them needs heavy justification.

 This particular test is for: {{{[baztag][dumptag abc="foo" def=123
 http://wordpress.com/][/baztag]}}}

 You need to run tests against {{{do_shortcode}}} as the wordpress-tests
 tests do not just on the regex.
